Description of what the training deals with and its benefits
At the end of this training, participants will know how to prepare and lead a lean-5S project in a service or IT activity. The lean-5S project type proposed in this training applies to:
– the support activities of an industrial enterprise (HRD, R&D, financial department, trade, quality, risk, etc.)
– the service sector (banking, insurance, public administration, call centre, etc.)
– the technological activities (software editor, CIO, IT project, telecom…)
Each of the steps of the lean-5S is detailed and examples are given to allow the participations to benefit from the experiences of the lean transformation projects led by our trainers.
