Description of what the training deals with and its benefits
At the end of this training, participants will know how to prepare and lead a lean-5S project. The lean-5S project type proposed in this training applies to all contexts:
– industrial activities (automotive, pharma, chemicals, luxury, logistics, energy, agri-food, etc.)
– the support activities of a company (HRD, R&D, financial department, commercial activities, quality, risk…)
– the service sector (banking, insurance, public administration, call center, etc.)
– technological activities (software publisher, CIO, IT project, telecom…)
Each of the steps of the 5S is detailed, equipped and examples are given to allow the participations to benefit from the successful experiences of the lean transformation projects led by our trainers.
